Hi, I’m Yvette Costa. 

I too had a successful career that left me feeling tired, burned out and far less happy than I SHOULD have been.  

My fantasy was to run away from my corporate job and just teach yoga. I thought a simpler life without the stress, deadlines and politics was the answer to my unhappy state.

When I practiced yoga I felt at peace, focused, intentional and in control. I didn’t feel the need to run away from my corporate life. 

I knew I had a good life and for a brief time I felt like I had a good life…until I had to go back to it.

I wanted these feelings to last and spill over into every day.  

This prompted me to embark on an in-depth pursuit of the knowledge, skills and experiences to make this happen.  

My pursuits have resulted in a lot of credentials! I am now a registered Yoga Teacher, a Certified Yoga Therapist, certified in the Science of Happiness and Positive Psychology and am a Professional Certified Coach.  

These studies have helped me to find happiness and ease no matter what is going on in my life.  

But it took time. Too much time.  

What I’ve come to realize is that it doesn’t have to be complicated, take a bunch of time or require you to remodel your life.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What if I can’t make one of the sessions? 

~All of our sessions will be recorded and you will receive a link to the recording the next day. You will be able to catch up and listen to the sessions on your schedule.  

How will the course be broadcast? 

~All of the live sessions will be conducted via Zoom. It is a simple and free video conferencing tool. You don’t need an account but do need to have the app loaded on your phone or access Zoom.us via your computer to join the sessions. 

I haven’t done much self-help stuff, is this course for me? 

~Yes! All you need an open mind and willingness to try some new things. This course is specifically designed to simplify the science and take the airy-fairy out of the concepts. It is applicable to anyone who wants more ease, contentment and happiness in their lives. 

I don’t practice yoga. Can I still benefit from taking this course? 

~Absolutely. The course is not about yoga. It is about creating the feelings that may be associated with taking yoga. Happiness is a skill and the basis of those skills have some grounding in yogic principles not the physical practice of yoga.  

How long will I have access to the recordings? 

~The recordings will be available for approximately 6months after the last session. You will also have your workbook to help take notes and house your learnings from the course. 

How do I ask questions during the webinar or in-between sessions? 

~You can post your questions to our private Facebook group or bring them to one of our live Q&A sessions. If you can’t attend the live Q&A but have a question, submit it to the Facebook group and I will address it during the session, which will be recorded.
